This depends on your lifestyle, budget and cleaning needs. We recommend weekly or bi-weekly to maintain a consistently clean and healthy home.
Weekly is best for high traffic homes, those with pets, or for those who want to do little to no maintenance in between cleans.
Bi-weekly is best for low traffic homes, those with no pets (or pets that don’t shed, like standard poodles), or for those who want to do some maintaining in between cleans.
Monthly is best for very low traffic homes, no pets, and for those who want to maintain the cleanliness of their own home between our visits.

Every home is different, and it depends if it’s a one-time deep clean or a routine cleaning, but on average, a 3br/2ba may take 3-4hrs for 2 people and 5-6hrs for 1 person. When you book a service we provide an estimate. We will also provide you an estimate upon arrival after our pre-cleaning walkthrough.
We use a variety of natural, non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products, including Better Life. All of the products we use are free from sulfates, phosphates, phthalates, parabens, VOCs, SLS, SLES, petroleum solvents, dyes, synthetic fragrances, and endocrine disruptors. If you have any specific products you would like for us to use, please let us know.
We serve most Raleigh ZIP codes. Including north, east, south and west Raleigh, Downtown, Midtown, North Hills, Crabtree Valley, Village District, Five Points, and Brier Creek.
It’s up to you. You can be home during the cleaning, or provide us with instructions to access your home while you’re away. If you work from home, we keep noise to a minimum so we do not disturb you.
For the most efficient and effective clean, we ask that you please pick up any personal belongings before we arrive.
We do not offer carpet cleaning, biohazard cleaning, floor refinishing, moving furniture, cleaning electronics (televisions, computers, tablets), cleaning musical instruments, cleaning animal or human waste.
We require a minimum 24 hour notice for all cancellations and reschedules.
